Photosensitive Dry Film (PHOTEC™)
Photec is a photosensitive dry film that features excellent sensitivity, resolution, coverage and film strength. It produces accurate images after ultraviolet radiation and development. Developer and stripper are both mild alkali solutions, thus freeing the entire process from any irritating or harmful organic solvents. And there is no need to be concerned about damage to the substrates, or even to working conditions. Cost reductions are also an advantage. This film is ideal for production of printed circuit boards (tenting, etching resist and plating resist) and displays.

Features Fine Patterning: Extremely fine patterns with only short exposure. Excellent Film Coverage and Adhesion: Ideal film lamination and improved tent reliability due to the strength and adhesion of the film. Excellent Image Contrast: The film becomes a dark blue-green upon exposure, making it easy to control exposure work. Improved Working Environment: Developer and stripper are both diluted alkaline solutions to free the entire process from any irritating or harmful organic solvents. Thus, there is no need to be concerned about damage to the substrates, or even to working conditions.
